First Friday: Chill Out! Cool Science with Liquid Nitrogen

During the demonstrations, one can see how both rubber balls and bananas shatter when frozen and how temperature affects metals and gases. The kicker is experiencing ice cream being made in a few seconds! There will be plenty to share including hands-on demonstrations.
