Zombie Thoughts – FREE Preview!

Join us for a FREE preview of BTE’s Theatre In the Classroom tour at the Library! The play is set in a live-action video game where the levels get harder and harder, and you don’t get to quit playing! Kids pick their avatars from two of the BTE actors: Sam (the hero) and Pig (the sidekick) and choose the path that they must take through the game/play. The audience helps to identify and navigate the hero’s debilitating anxiety (or Zombie Thoughts) as it gets in the way of winning the game. Through their adventure, Sam and Pig teach SEL principles to help kids manage their own emotions and to advocate for their friends who may have a hard time negotiating emotional stress. Great for elementary and middle school kids!
