The Federal 1040 & 1040 SR Forms & Booklets have arrived at the Library! Items are first come, first served. All Federal Tax Forms can be obtained online.
State (PA) Tax Info
PA State Tax Forms can be found online or by calling 1-888-PATAXES (1-888-728-2937) and leaving a message to have PA Tax Forms mailed to you.
UPDATE: 4/7/24 - The VITA program is not taking any additional appointments for the 2023 tax year. If you are still in need of assistance, please look into an online tax preparer such as TurboTax, etc. You may also be able to file an extension.
VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) Program
The VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) Program provides FREE Federal, State, and Local tax preparation and filing by Certified IRS Tax Preparers for individuals and families in our area. Previously held here in the Library, it has moved down to the United Way’s new offices at the HUB at Mulberry Mills.
