Join us for our 2nd Annual Golf Tournament June 21st!

Library Golf Tournament Flyer – A promotional flyer for the 2nd Annual Library Golf Tournament benefiting Bloomsburg Public Library on June 21, 2025, at The Links at Hemlock Creek. Registration opens at 8 AM, with a 9 AM shotgun start. Fees: $85 per golfer ($80 early bird), $340 per foursome ($320 early bird). Registration deadlines: June 6 (early bird), June 16 (final). Features contests, prizes, food, and more! A golfer is mid-swing on a sunny golf course. Tickets: BLOOMSBURGPL.ORG/GOLF.

Fee per golfer: $85 ($80 for Early Bird)
Foursome: $340 ($320 for Early Bird)

Registration cut-off is June 16th.
Early Bird Registration until June 6th!

Limited spots are available.

Four-Person Scramble Format.

Timeline:

8:00 am – Registration & Snacks
9:00 am – Shotgun Start, Rain or Shine

Day-of Details

Entry fee includes:

  • Snacks and drinks at registration;
  • Green fee;
  • Two carts/team;
  • Hot dog at the turn;
  • Lunch;
  • Golfer gift.

Additional opportunities are:

  • Par busters;
  • Pot of Gold;
  • Putting contest;
  • Special raffles.

Prizes awarded for flight winners, straightest drive, and closest to pin. Lunch, awards, and prizes immediately following the tournament.

Platinum: Literacy Champion – $1000

  • All Gold benefits plus:
  • Opportunity to speak at event;
  • Full-screen ad on the slideshow;
  • Name/logo included in promotional materials;
  • Large logo in email to 1000+ supporters and Facebook post to 2000+ supporters;
  • Eight (8) tickets for tournament.

Gold: Library Hero – $700

  • All Silver benefits plus:
  • Prominent signage at event;
  • Included on social media marketing to 10,000 people;
  • Opportunity to place promotional materials in golfer gift bags;
  • Small logo in email to 1000+ supporters and Facebook post to 2000+ supporters;
  • Four (4) tickets for tournament.

Silver: Hole Sponsor – $350

  • All Bronze benefits plus:
  • Half-screen ad on the slideshow during registration and event;
  • Listing on mass email and Facebook post;
  • Verbal recognition at event.

Bronze: Library Friend – $125

  • Signage at hole;
  • Listing in the program;
  • Small display on the registration screen and event.
