The meters along Market Street are $.75/hour and can be paid with quarters or the Passport App. The parking lot behind the Library (directly behind the garden) only accepts payment via the Passport App, but library patrons may ask the Service Desk for a free temporary permit for the time they will be at the library that day. This permit needs to be put on the driver’s side dashboard.

Normal meter hours are Monday through Saturday, 10am-5pm. For more information, please visit the Town of Bloomsburg’s parking page here.

You can download the Passport App to your phone using the links below, or pay as needed on the Passport website here.

Accessibility

The Library is entirely accessible to patrons requiring wheelchairs, scooters, or walking aids. Public restrooms are available, and the entire Book Sale is held on the ground floor.
